These Terms govern your use of MusiMap Accounts, the identity and authentication service used to access MusiMap applications and services.
Each Connected Application remains independently responsible for its own services, terms, and privacy practices.
Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization.
- Do not interfere with the availability or security of the service.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to create a MusiMap account. By using MusiMap Accounts, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Service Description
MusiMap Accounts provides authentication and identity management services (OIDC / OAuth 2.0). It enables users to sign in to MusiMap applications and, where applicable, third-party applications that integrate with MusiMap Accounts.
Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risks, or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.
Availability
We strive to maintain secure and reliable access to MusiMap Accounts, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MusiMap shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of MusiMap Accounts after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction applicable to MusiMap's registered office, without regard to conflict of law principles.
